Online auctions
The auctions of Veilinghuis Korendijk are all timed-online, which means that the auctions take place entirely via the internet through a so-called timed-online auction system. The auctions are open for bidding during a week and end at a specified time. Click here for more information about online bidding: Instructions online bidding.
Viewing days
Before the end of each auction, two or more viewing days are organized, which offer the chance to inspect all objects. Not all condition reports are included in the description of the lots in the online catalogue, and therefore we recommend to visit the viewing days to have a look at the lots of your interest.
In case you are not able to visit the viewing days, you can also request some additional photos/condition reports via Whatsapp: 088-60 555 00.
Buyer’s premium
When you place the winning bid, the lot is yours! Please note that a buyers’ premium of 25% (of the hammer price) will be charged. For example: if your winning bid is € 100, you will receive an invoice for € 125.
Pick up/shipment purchased goods
The purchased lots can be pick up by appointment on the specified pick up days. More information: Planning an appointment to pick up your lots.
If you are not able to collect the goods yourself, you can also have them shipped. The rates for shipping in the Netherlands are:
| Jewelry and other very small objects (box: 20 x 20 x 20 cm) | € 15,- |
| Other objects (box: 40 x 40 x 60 cm.) | € 25,- (per box) |
As these rates include packing and packing materials, they are a bit higher than just the costs of DHL/PostNL.
We work together with Yellow Koerier for the delivery of large objects that do not fit in one of these boxes, such as paintings and furniture. Yellow Koerier can often delivery your lot(s) for reasonable rates if he can plan combine deliveries, especially on the route Middelburg – Amsterdam – Utrecht. In case you live further away from Zeeland (for example in Groningen or Limburg), we advise not to wait too long to contact us with your delivery request, as many items have to be delivered right after the auction which increases the efficiency of his routes.
